Put Da Mayor on Notice of Eviction
Fulfill the Tenant Platform and
Save Affordable Rental Housing
Rally at City Hall - 401 Van Ness Avenue
He has presided over the evictions of thousands. Now it's his turn to be evicted!
Willie Brown has ushered in an era of gentrification and seen to the displacement
and evictions of thousands of seniors, minorities, families, poor and working people.
As candidate, he promised a "Tenant Bill of Rights." As Mayor, he's given us
a record number of evictions and the highest rents this city has ever seen.
Mayor Brown is in City Hall per a "rental agreement" he made with the voters.
In that agreement, he promised to stop evictions and protect tenants.
He has done the opposite and we will now serve him with an eviction notice.
Join together and give Da Mayor a "Three Day Notice To Perform Covenants Or Quit."
This eviction outlines how he has violated his agreement and what steps he must take
to avoid further eviction action. We need swift action to resolve the problems of
unprecedented evictions, rent increases, loss of truly affordable housing and
dwindling cultural diversity in San Francisco.
