A new issue has been raised: Can good tenants and landlords meet?
I think what is happening in these evictions is wrong when the landlord is
not being truly honest, but now your story is raising issues concerning
landlords who have been hurt by dishonest tenants. What I want to know is,
why it is difficult for the honest and good tenants to find honest and good landlords?
Please post this on your site: What do good tenants and landlords need to find each other?
I'd like to share one of the suggestions made by a prior participant on your site,
which was to move to the east bay. I lived there but found the transportation sucks
coming to San Francisco. There are some lovely apartments for a good price in
Emeryville, but transportation to the Bart early in the AM and late in the evening is
non-existent. This San Franciso rental situation can be a large east bay
apartment ideal situation to generate some business if they can assist with
good shuttle services to San Francisco.
