i share your pain.
a bit of advice - make the tenant's union your ABSOLUTELY next call,
join them and give them a hefty donation for their expertise.
when i went through a similar process i was able to save literally
hundreds of dollars in attorneys fees by joining the tenants union
and using their expertise to be well informed. and they will help you
in your emotional struggle as well.
