I can't help you find a new home, in fact, I'm looking for one myself.
I just wanted to voice my support for your situation. An acquaintance of
mine recently got evicted from his home in the Sunset where he had lived
for the last 20 years with his family and ran his business from. He told
me that he would be making sure that the landlord's children were in fact
moving in because if the place was rented out to someone else he could
sue the landlord for something like the difference between his new rent
and the old rent times the number of months that he had lived in the place.
It might be worth talking to a lawyer about. Good luck.
