I don't have a place for you, just a story. This happened to someone I
know, but they decided to check up on the new tenants. As it turned
out, it was not their primary residence for the requisite year and the
former tenant sued for wrongful eviction and got 15,000. I know it is
small solace, but keeping tabs on these people could make a crappy
situation a little less painful.
