need to be "told the way it is", well you've got another thing coming.

We tenants need to get organized; quickly and effectively. There is an eviction epidemic
of grave proportions here in San Francisco. At very least, the San Francisco Administrative
Code that allows "owner family member move-in evictions" must be abolished.
